Session on Importance of Mental Health at Workplace Conducted for OTJ’s Staff

A training session on the importance of mental health in the workplace was conducted for the staff of the Ombudsperson’s Office for Transitional Justice (OTJ).

The session on the importance of mental health in the workplace, facilitated by the Maldivian Red Crescent, taught how important mental health is to the well-being of the employees how to deal with daily stresses, work productively and reach their targets.

In addition to this, the training highlighted that organizations should foster ways to cater for mental health and create a positive working environment for employees to flourish at work and perform better.
